Private Birth Class
A three hour birth boot camp in the comfort of your home. We will discuss everything from birth preparation you can do during pregnancy, the physiology of birth, how your partner can be a support throughout it all, to newborn care and navigating the postpartum time. A private class is a great option because I can customize my content to meet you where you’re at in your knowledge of birth!
Cost: $150
Quarterly Small Group Birth Class
A four hour class where we will go over labor and postpartum preparation you can do during pregnancy, the physiology of birth, how your partner can be a support throughout it all, to newborn care and navigating the postpartum time. And more! You will leave feeling ready and excited for the baby to come!
Cost: $125 per couple
